the room was very clean and spacious. i found the bed very comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. the coffee bar located on the premises was a great feature. i also appreciated having a restaurant available directly in the hotel.
i noticed a slight delay in the lobby area lighting activation due to motion sensors.

The front desk service was super efficient. I loved how quickly they checked me in. my room had reliable, speedy wifi. I watched a movie without any buffering. the on-site starbucks was such a treat. I got my caffeine fix every morning!
The room cleaning started too early. I was woken up by loud hoovering at 8:00 a.m.

I had a good night's sleep in a comfy room. The breakfast was delicious. It had a great variety of local delicacies. The staff helped me with airport transfer arrangements and that was very helpful.
The taxi from the airport to the hotel cost me TL700 and was very expensive.

Really good Service and Convenient Location!

The hotel's proximity to the airport was definitely a HUGE plus. The staff at the reception desk greeted me with a warm welcome and provided helpful tips. I especially appreciated Burak preparing and serving fresh coconut at breakfast. It was a REALLY nice touch!!!

unwelcoming staff slow service
the room was clean. it was exactly what i needed for a short stay.
The staff were not cute at all. They didn't respond to my basic queries. i asked for towels multiple times, and it took hours to get them. the reception staff seemed slow, lazy, and lacked customer service skills. the experience was frustrating, especially when needing quick assistance.
